We do not ship our largest bowls due to their weight and fragility. If you are local we can try to make other arrangements.

Shipping: Each package is insured BUT you must keep your damaged box and/or goods when you receive it. Do not throw anything away! To file an insurance claim they require us to submit that information.

Timeline: Orders typically ship within 4-5 days. If you need something shipped sooner, feel free to ask us if we have your size already made.

Care: Fragile. Handle with care. It is best to pick up and support your bowl from the base - not edges. Bowls have been sealed, but are not considered waterproof or food safe
